There’s nothing like a really good cup of coffee. The look, the aroma…in fact, a lot of us wouldn’t be able to start or get through our day without this wonderful black elixir. Coffee’s many charms and variations have carved out a coffee culture in today’s society that isn’t set to go away anytime soon. Restaurants and coffee bars are serving up espressos, lattes, cappuccinos and other trendy concoctions that have the coffee drinkers downing a lot of java. The average consumer drank 3 ½ cups per day in 2002 – an increase of ½ cup over 2001.
With consumption at an all time high, do you know what to look for to brew that perfect cup of coffee? Also, are there health concerns that we should be aware of when it comes to drinking coffee?
