Question by AK: How much coffee grounds do you personally use to make a pot of coffee?

The side of mainstream cans of coffee (e.g. Maxwell House, Folgers, etc) suggest to use 1/2 cup of coffee grounds to make a 10-cup pot of coffee.

Do you follow this suggested strength recommendation? How much coffee do you personally use?

I do…I use 1/2 cup of grounds for a full pot…mine’s a 12 cupper. I only make it on the weekends….during the week I get my coffee on the outside….actually, at work.

Not much I’m sure. Don’t worry about it.

You can get coffee flavor from Decaf Coffee so that should tell you something.

Check the ingredients label.

I believe it is about 2.00 for a tall and I am sure it costs 2.50 for a Venti.
